About Dhermi Taxi
We are a taxi and private transfer operator based in Dhërmi, on the Albanian Riviera. We drive the coast road between Vlorë and Sarandë, the climb over the Llogara Pass, and the long route north to Tirana and the airport.
Local, in the ordinary sense of the word
Dhërmi is where we are based. That is not a marketing line — it is the thing that makes the service work. It means a pickup starts nearby rather than an hour away, that we know which hotel entrances a vehicle can actually reach, and that we can tell you honestly whether a beach is worth the drive on a given afternoon.
It also means we have a reason to get it right. On a coast this size, a driver who lets people down does not keep working.
How we work
Everything agreed in advance
You get the vehicle, the pickup arrangement and the price before the journey is confirmed. Nothing is settled at the end of the ride.
We say no when we should
If we cannot cover a route, fit a group, or meet a timing, we say so when you enquire rather than accepting the booking and improvising.
Private, not shared
A transfer is your vehicle for your journey. No other passengers, no detours to pick anyone else up.
Reachable the way you prefer
A phone call or a WhatsApp message — there is no form and no inbox to wait on. WhatsApp suits international travellers best: it works before you arrive and takes a location pin.

Where we drive
Our core area is the Albanian Riviera: Dhërmi, Palasë, Vuno, Jal, Himarë, Qeparo and Borsh, with Vlorë at the northern end and Sarandë at the southern end.
Beyond that, we run long-distance transfers to Tirana and Tirana International Airport, and we cover inland destinations such as Gjirokastër and Berat where the journey can be arranged in advance.
If you have a route in mind that is not listed on this site, send it to us. We will tell you whether we can cover it rather than leaving you to guess.
What this website does not claim
We have deliberately not published journey times, fixed prices, response-time promises or customer reviews on this site. Figures like that change with the season and the day, and a confident number that turns out to be wrong is worse than no number at all.
What you get instead is a straight answer to your specific journey when you ask for one.

Are you a company or an individual driver?
We are a local transport operator running multiple vehicles in and around Dhërmi. Business registration details can be provided on request.
Do you speak English?
Yes. Bookings and enquiries are handled in English and Albanian, including over WhatsApp.
Can you handle bookings made from abroad?
Yes, and most airport transfers are. WhatsApp works from outside Albania at no cost, and we confirm everything in writing before you travel.
Do you work with hotels and tour operators?
Yes. If you book accommodation or trips for guests on the Riviera and need a transport partner, get in touch and we will discuss how to arrange it.
